What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Paystack (debit/credit cards, bank transfer, USSD) in Naira, and PayPal in USD. Both are secure and encrypted.
How long does a website take?
Most websites are delivered within 7–14 business days depending on the complexity and how quickly you provide content and feedback.
What happens after I pay?
You'll receive a confirmation email within 1 hour. Our team will reach out within 24 hours to schedule your discovery call and kick off the project.
Are there any ongoing fees?
The plans are one-time payments. Domain registration and hosting are separate costs (we'll guide you). Optional monthly maintenance packages are available.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Growth?
Absolutely! You can upgrade at any time and we'll only charge the difference. Contact us and we'll make it seamless.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If we haven't started your project within 48 hours and you wish to cancel, we offer a full refund. Once work begins, refunds are pro-rated.
